Traveling to Kenya would be a dream come true. Working with young athletes and using sport to make a positive impact is something that is close to my heart. I’ve spent years coaching and mentoring kids, both through my church and in sports, and I believe athletics can teach discipline, confidence, teamwork, and character. The opportunity to help with a coaching clinic, support youth athletes, and work alongside the Kenyan national rugby team is something I see as a chance to serve, learn, and give back through something I care deeply about.
My experience has prepared me well for this opportunity. I currently serve as the Youth Coordinator at Yo Murphy Performance, where I oversee youth training and programming, and I have taught Bible study for kids for the past seven years through my church. I’ve also assisted in two NFL Combine prep programs, training athletes pursuing the NFL Draft. Along with my coaching background, I have played rugby union for ten years and semi-pro rugby league for the past two, including earning a professional contract at 19 before an injury changed that path. I am still pursuing high-level rugby as I work toward making the USARL national team. Because of these experiences, I believe I can bring both practical coaching knowledge and a genuine passion for investing in people
